Very rare. My favorite thing about this pennant is the left-footed punter which came decades before Bill Belichick made them popular. I previously thought this was from the 1940s, however, FeltFootball.com believes it to be the 1960s based on the level of detail of the flags and stadium. He has seen similar examples of the Cowboys and Raiders, which were not around in the 1940s.

The block lettering "Washington Redskins" is the most common variation of this early, 1940s-50s pennant.

Maroon Chief Script and Block Redskins Pennant

1940s-50s. This is a rarer variation, noted by the script "Washington" and block "Redskins."

Black Chief Redskins Pennant

Early, 1940-50s. This black variation is also a rarer variation.

1950s Tilde Redskins Pennant

This variation is very rare. It's distinguishing feature is the tilde between Washington and Redskins.

1950s ChiefHead Up Maroon Redskins Pennant

These are somewhat rare. I have heard there are other variations of this pennant with the Indian Chief looking straight or down. This sown example is considered the Heads Up variation. I don't really like this Chief head, so finding the other variations has not been a priority for me.
